Services and Supports
Consumer Rights Office
ATCIC’s Ombudsman is available for receiving and investigating allegations or rights violations regarding the investigation of allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation (except substance use and specialized services, which are administered by the Department of State Health Services). Authorization for Release of Protected Health Information

Community Voice Mail (CVM)
CVM provides free, 24-hour nationwide voice mail to people in crisis, connecting them to jobs, housing and hope. It is a free service for people who have a case manager. Click here for more information on CVM.
