C.A.R.E. offers case management, mental health counseling, substance use counseling, and psychiatric services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. In addition, C.A.R.E. provides community outreach, education and testing for individuals most at-risk for contracting HIV and other communicable diseases.

C.A.R.E. offers HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis testing at no cost to the consumer and testing is provided in the community, as well as at C.A.R.E.’s office location during both appointment and walk-in testing times. Harm reduction materials (condoms, needle and pipe cleaning kits, brochures, etc.) are also available at no cost to the public. 

Who is Eligible?

C.A.R.E. serves individuals who are at-risk for contracting HIV, those living with HIV/AIDS and their families, and offers specialized services to individuals who are HIV positive and have a mental illness and/or problems with substance use.
