PATH and ACCESS actively provide outreach to areas where homeless, disenfranchised individuals may be, and attempts to engage them in an honest, helpful relationship on which to base a client-directed and controlled plan to change the individual’s life situation.

The program has six outreach and engagement specialists and two psychiatrists who participate in the formulation and implementation of the individual’s plan. Once engaged, the program strives to successfully link the individual with established service delivery systems. Treatment time varies.

Who is Eligible?

Homeless, disenfranchised adults exhibiting mental health problems in Travis County.
