2011 Hill Country Ride for AIDS

On April 30th, Austin Travis County Integral Care will be participating in the 12th Annual Hill Country Ride for AIDS.  Since its inception, the ride has raised more than $4 million to provide life-saving support to thousands of Texans living with HIV/AIDS.  Integral Care’s Community AIDS Resources and Education (C.A.R.E.) program is one of 10 Central Texas beneficiaries, receiving a valuable contribution for individuals living with HIV/AIDS who also experience mental illness and/or substance use.

These funds benefit a serious cause, but the ride is far from a somber affair. This year, the ATCIC All-Stars team has a $5000 fundraising goal.  With staff and community support, the ATCIC All-Stars team is determined to achieve this goal!

Riders can choose a challenging distance or coast through a shorter route and bike through some of the most breathtaking scenery in Texas. Participants and volunteers make the event feel like a family reunion instead of a competitive event.  So challenge yourself.  Make a difference.  Support your community and get ready to have the time of your life!
