The road to independence is important to everyone. ATCIC’s Employment Services help people find work opportunities that integrate their specific needs and interests. Services include individual employment profiles, supports in job searches, applications and interviews, job connection and negotiation support with employers, facilitation of natural supports for on-the-job training and accommodation access and career planning and support for achieving employment goals.

Who is Eligible?

Employment Services are available for adults with developmental disabilities (mental retardation), autism, enrolled in Home and Community-Based Services Waiver (HCS) or Texas Home Living Waiver (TXHmL) programs or contracted through Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS).
