ATCIC’s Home Health Services unit (formerly Home and Community Services Agency) is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) and provides nursing (including psychiatric nursing), social and personal assistance services, nutritional counseling and physical, occupational and speech-language therapies.

Who is Eligible?

Home Health Services are available for individuals in a residence or independent living environment eligible for Medicaid and under the care of a physician. An Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities diagnosis is NOT a requirement to receive services under this license.
