The Home and Community Based Waiver (HCS) interest list for the Travis County is managed by this department at ATCIC. Individuals are added to the interest list upon request.

Individuals are encouraged to contact the division if their needs or circumstances change and are contacted annually to determine their need to remain on the interest list. Those eligible for Home and Community-Based Services or Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver services receive assistance in enrolling in the respective waiver program. Enrollment for individuals into the HCS waiver program and those who select an Intermediate Care Facility in the local service area are also managed by this department.
