Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Austin Travis County Integral Care Provider Network. There are a number of ways that you can assist individuals and families in Travis County by applying to be a Provider.
Provider Qualifications
Providers must meet training requirements and a pass a list of bars to enrollment.

Licensed Individual Provider
Provides services requiring licensure by the State of Texas (such as counseling, behavioral support, physical therapy) and may provide services to any individual on the Center’s Network. To download the application, click here.
Non-Traditional Organization
Provider has two or more employees working under their company name. Provides services requiring a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (such as, parent coaching, community support, or mentoring) and may provide services to any individual on the Center’s Network. Licensed Organization
Provider has two or more employees working under their company name.
