Individual Logins for Web-Based Software Using an Internet Browser:

GroupWiseWebmail.  Use your GroupWise password; I.e., the same password that you use for quarantine.

GroupWiseQuarantine.    Remember that your Email address is formatted as firstname.lastname@atcic.org.  Your password is your case-sensitive GroupWise password.

CMBHS.  Your username (usually your first initial and middle initial followed by your last name) and password are provided by your CMBHS Security Administrator.

EssentialLearning.  Your username and password are provided by the Human Resource Development Office.

Employee Benefits.  Your username (usually the first letter of your first name followed by the first 6 letters of your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your Social Security number) and password are provided by the Human Resources Employee Benefits Manager. 

AFLAC.  Your username (usually the first letter of your first name plus the first letter of your last name plus the last five digits of your SSN) and password are provided by the Human Resources Employee Benefits Manager.

IncidentReporting.  Your username consists of the letters 'AT' followed by your network user name. The password is provided by the Quality Management Database Administrator.

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).  No login required.
