If you are unsatisfied with any services at Integral Care, please voice your concerns – you have the right to be heard! An Integral Care representative will work with you and your service provider to resolve your complaint. First, speak with your service coordinator. If they are not able to address your concerns and/or you still have concerns, call:

Integral Care Office of the Ombudsman

If services you request are reduced, denied or terminated, you have the right to ask for a review of that decision. Your service coordinator can help your request a reconsideration review. Reconsideration requests can also be made through Integral Care’s Ombudsman at 512-440-4086.

An employee (not involved in the original decision to reduce, deny or terminate services) will review your request and provide you with a written notification of the decision.
