The Central Texas African American Family Support Conference (CTAAFSC)

The CTAAFSC is hosted and sponsored by the Integral Care, New Milestones Foundation and other community partners to strengthen family and individual awareness of available healthcare services — behavioral and physical — through culturally sensitive education, supports and partnerships. It also works to reduce stigma and eliminate health disparities. The CTAAFSC is a free, yearly public event that provides information and educational opportunities to individuals who use Integral Care’s services, their families and the community.The CTAAFSC is planned and organized by a volunteer Planning Committee that meets every other month on the third Wednesday at the Integral Care Administration Building (1430 Collier St.). New Milestones Foundation (NMF)

New Milestones Foundation is a functionally integrated 501 (c) (3) 509 (a) Type (III) supporting organization founded in 1983. Its purpose is to expand awareness, eliminate stigma and help support the programs and population served by Integral Care. NMF has taken on several important functions such as overseeing the management of housing facilities for Integral Care’s consumers. Planning and Network Advisory Committee (PNAC)

The PNAC is a Trustee appointed advisory volunteer committee and is comprised of volunteers who are consumers, family members, providers, and interested citizens. PNAC is charged with providing feedback and support to Integral Care policies and services. Members meet each month to receive information on current issues and policies including network evaluation and development, from which they create and present recommendations to the Trustees.
