Integrated health facilities provide children and adults with comprehensive primary and behavioral healthcare. Integral Care shares these facilities with CommUnityCare. The clinics offer a wide range of services peer support, chronic disease management, wellness support, telemedicine and community mental health education.
Multi-disciplinary teams conduct the initial assessment and intake, case management, psychiatric and counseling and medication services. They will also work with you to develop a plan of care that is right for you. You can also access rehabilitation skills training. We designed these services to help you achieve your treatment goals.

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm as listed below.

Promotoras(es) de Salud (Latino community members who receive specialized training to provide health education in community settings) are located at the South Austin clinic to provide outreach and advocacy, increase access to services and ensure effective treatment.
Integrated behavioral and primary healthcare services are available to all Travis County residents. Children, youth and adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses who may also have a co-occurring diagnosis of developmental disabilities and/or substance use addiction(s).
