Integral Care offers an innovative array of psychiatric crisis services available around the clock. If you or someone you're concerned about needs assistance during a time of crisis, call the 24/7 Crisis Hotline at 512-472-HELP (4357) or come to the walk-in clinic at Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) at 56 East Avenue. Dedicated professionals work closely with individuals and their families to resolve an immediate pyschiatric crisis while ensuring safety in a respectful, compassionate manner. If you are unsatisfied with any services at Integral Care, please voice your concerns – you have the right to be heard! An Integral Care representative will work with you and your service provider to resolve your complaint. First, speak with your service coordinator. If they are not able to address your concerns and/or you still have concerns, call:
Integral Care Consumer Rights Officer
If services you request are reduced, denied or terminated, you have the right to ask for a review of that decision. Your service coordinator can help your request a reconsideration review. Reconsideration requests can also be made through Integral Care’s Consumer Rights Officer at (512) 440-4086.
A staff person (not involved in the original decision to reduce, deny or terminate services) will review your request and provide you with a written notification of the decision.
